Dr. Jade Malay, a successful entrepreneur and medical expert from Texas, created the Dr. Jade Malay High Achiever Award. This award aims to recognize, honor, and inspire outstanding students who are also great leaders. The Dr. Jade Malay High Achiever Award honors two exceptional college-bound Malay students annually. The scholarship is worth $1,000 to each recipient and will help him or her with his or her education.

All minority-identifying female students with a minimum weighted GPA of 2.5 are eligible for the Dr. Jade Malay High Achiever Award. Seniors in high school and undergraduate and graduate students at any level of education are eligible to apply for this grant. Everyone, even those from other countries and those studying other disciplines, are invited to apply.

Meet Dr. Jade Malay, The Company’s Founder

FNP-C, APRN, DC, DABCO Dr. Jade Malay has worked in her field since 1992. Dr. Malay searches for the safest, most natural approaches to promote recovery. Because of this outlook, she eventually studied regenerative medicine. Neuromusculoskeletal disorders are only one area where regenerative therapy has shown useful. Dr. Malay also has extensive training in applying Functional Medicine to treating chronic conditions, including Type 2 Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, and Autoimmune Disease. The goal of the techniques used in Functional Medicine is to identify and treat the underlying causes of illness. When the root of a health problem is identified, addressing it with dietary adjustments, nutritional supplements, and behavioral modifications may help the body resume normal function and effectively treat or even cure the ailment.

She has received accreditation from Bridgeport University in the following fields: Learning to Control Your Thyroid, Neurotransmitters in Your Brain, and the Chemistry of Your Blood. As a seasoned professional, she has extensive knowledge of the consequences of metabolic disorders on the body and how clinical nutrition may help treat them. She earned a degree from Baylor in 1988. A 1992 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic, she made her DC. Dr. Malay has completed post-doctoral studies and earned a Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics. Dr. Malay went to Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, to get her Master of Science in Nursing to treat a wider variety of patients.

Dr. Malay’s goal is to give his patients the tools they need to take charge of their health and lives. Dr. Malay is the author of three books: The Thyroid Revolution, Out of the Oblivion: The 6 Pillars to Reversing Cognitive Decline, and Free Yourself and Change Your Life Today: How You Can Finally Reverse Your Type 2 Diabetes.

Dr. Jade Malay’s interest in medicine began at an early age, and she knew from the start that she wanted to work in the healthcare field. Dr. Malay’s favorite part of being a doctor is “being able to have an effect not just on our patients but also their families life,” she said when asked about her favorite part of operating a clinic.

Dr. Jade Malay wanted to help cultivate future female leaders and open doors for underrepresented students, so in 2022 she established the Dr. Jade Malay High Achievers Award.
